Today's school shooting in Florida is the 19th of the year. If we assume that these incidents only take place on school days (M-F) and that schools were closed on New Year's Day and Martin Luther King Day, that's one every 1.6 days. WTF people.

ETA: All clear was given about an hour and a half ago. Apparently no gunman was found. Between that and the lack of actual shots fired, I'm forced to wonder if someone called 911 as a prank...
